Flexible gear shift boots and bellows of every shape and size are manufactured by Express Molding. Our injection molded boots and bellows are widely used for automotive power train and other applications. Our considerable expertise is in the area of injection molding of Gear Shift, Wiring and CV Joint Boots. We use thermoplastic rubber compounds and a proprietary process in the manufacturing of all our automotive boots and bellows.

Our Windsor Ontario facility is equipped to design and mass-produce gear shift boots and gear shift bellows with a high aesthetic appearance together with gear shift knobs and bushings. We apply specific automotive approved texture finishes of leather and stitching simulations to our gear shift boots and bellows to match automotive styling masters.

We have extensive knowledge in vibration dampening and noise reduction with flexible boots and bellows. Our capabilities include engineering support to ensure our boots and bellows are designed for the intended purpose. This includes working with President, Enzo Maola, the original developer of the process.
